RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any problems with items that may qualify for a redo or credit must be reported within 7 days of being received. This includes issues regarding design, misspelled names, missing items, or items with rips or tears. If there is an issue, we need to be notified right away to take care of it. Act fast! Please keep in mind custom orders due to ordering incorrect sizing, incorrect numbers, incorrect uniform style, incorrect color; do not qualify for exchange or return. Visual evidence of errant apparel must be provided for all issues that you may have. Replacement items normally take 15 business days to be received after the issue has been investigated and redo order has been placed.
Please note that if an exchange is requested and it is not due to an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
All items are made by orders placed, this means, we don't keep stock of all the items. Sometimes we have to order the item at the moment an order comes in, once item is received we proceed to customize it in our shop. All the orders are custom for each individual customer. The items will be made by the placed order. If we made a mistake on any of the following: size, logo, color, name, numbers, then we will replace the product. We do not refund the money back. Our goal is to produce what customers order! If you agree with this policy then you are more than welcome to place team orders with us.
SBA THREADS makes fully custom uniforms and apparel. Every order is customized and produced solely for the customer, team or organization. For this reason we cannot offer refunds for your custom orders.
All custom orders are non-refundable. Average order turnaround time is: 8 weeks. By paying for this order, you are agreeing to our No Refund & No Return Policy. We encourage our clients to order a custom sample of their designed uniform to inspect the overall look and that it meets your expectations . Once an order has been confirmed and placed without a custom sample, SBA THREADS is not liable for any dissatisfaction that the customer might experience or portray.
Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will apply for all returned items. If an exchange is requested and the issue is not due to an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and restocking fee.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If any item you receive rips, breaks, shrinks, or loses color, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements, exchanges or refunds for any damage or issues reported after this 7-day period. Thank you for your understanding!
